NEW Membership Policy- Members will be permitted a one month grace period after their 12 month membership expires. Membership renewal must then be paid in order to continue member privileges (including receiving the club newsletter).

The NVRHA meets the first Tuesday of each month at the NRA (National Rifle Assoc.) building. The NRA is located near Rt. 66 and Rt. 50 in Fairfax, Va.

The meeting officially starts around 7:30 PM and members usually start arriving around 6:30 PM. See below for the scheduled dates for this year's meetings.

Members are encouraged to bring their latest finds. They are photographed and displayed on our web site. Some are also included in our monthly newsletter. We have many experts in our ranks to help identify the relics and memorabilia that are recovered.

When the meeting convenes, club business and announcements are brought up and discussed by the president and the floor. Members are then asked to show their finds to the rest of the club. Next, the guest speaker is announced and greeted by the membership.

The NVRHA meetings can be extremely educational. Our expert speakers are noted authors, historians, collectors, curators, etc. who bring a wealth of knowledge to all who attend. Most talks are presented as a power point presentation which is shown on a large screen in front of the audience.

All meetings are videotaped by the clubs Historian.

Following the presentation, the speaker is awarded a plaque by the clubs' president or offered a years paid membership in appreciation for sharing their knowledge with the membership.

The meeting concludes with a raffle for some nice relics ending with a 50/50 drawing.
