
SHOW RULES: Please print, read and understand all of
the following rules!
Exibitors are bound by the following rules:
(1) This Show is restricted to Civil War or earlier
period memorabilia, relics, books, paper goods,
Civil War Veterans items, and Civil War subject
prints.
Material deemed objectional by the NVRHA Show
Committee must be removed from exhibitors' tables.
Exhibitors should check with the Show Chairman prior
to the Show about what may be sold.
(2) Metal Detecting equipment and related material, and
quality reproduction Civil War type military material
may be sold.
(3) Souvenir items such as bumper stickers, teddy bears, etc.,
and Chinese or Japanese material cannot be offered for sale.
(4) Exhibitors must provide covers for their tables.
(5) Exhibitors must wear their exhibitor passes at all
times during the Show. Lost exhibitor badges carry
a $5.00 replacement fee. The loaning of exibitor
badges to individuals not named on the badge(s)
will result in the loss of the badge to the proper
badge holder.
(6) There will be no SELLING or TRADING from
EXHIBIT or DISPLY ONLY tables.
(7) Per County law, no pets are allowed in the exhibition
hall.
(8) Exhibitors will be limited to TWO PASSES for the first
table and ONE additional pass for the second or any
additional tables. The maximum number of passes
issued to an exhibitor is three. No exhibitor passes
will be issued blank. Non-exhibitors may purchase
exhibitor passes for $90.
(9) All sale tables and exhibits must remain intact
until the close of the Show at 4 PM on Sunday.
If you leave early, you may not be invited back
for the next show.
(10) Disputes between exhibitors, dealers, and/or members
of the public are to be kept outside the area of the
Dulles Expo Center. If you are involved in a dispute
that disrupts the Show, you may be asked to leave
and you may not be invited back in the future.
(11) Armed guard service will be provided during the Show.
However, dealers and exhibitors are responsible for
maintaining security over their own tables during the
Show.
The Dulles Expo Center, Inc., and the Northern
Virginia Relic Hunters Association do not assume
any responsibility for any loss, theft, or injury
that occurs during the Show.

TABLE ASSIGNMENTS: Table assignments will be mailed
out on or about March 1, 2008. If you have not
received your confirmation by March 12, 2008, contact
the Show Chairman at (703) 823-1958.
Exhibitor badges will be distributed at the door of
the Show. Exhibitors with over ten years of NVRHA
Show experience with be given preference
in table assignments.
Requests for specific assignments of
tables (such as being located near a particular
exhibitor) may be made in the
space on the table application. No requests are guaranteed.
All such requests must be made by
February 19, 2008.

As is the policy of the NVRHA, the members of the Show
Committee and the Show Judges may set
up their tables prior to 2 PM on Friday,
April 11, 2008.

AWARDS: The following awards will be given to
holders of Exhibit or Display only tables -
(a) One award for BEST OF SHOW, either relic or
memorabilia.
(b) One award for MOST EDUCATIONAL exhibit.
(c) Three awards, BEST RELIC exhibit - 1st,
2nd & 3rd.
(d) Three awards, BEST MEMORABILIA exhibit -
1st, 2nd & 3rd.
TABLES: Tables are 8 feet in length.
TABLE PRICES: SALE or TRADING tables - $100 ea.
EXHIBIT or DISPLAY only tables - $35 ea.
