I have been in this club a long time and am humbled and truly honored to serve as NVRHA’s
president for the next two years. This is a great club and has been fortunate to have
some amazing officers, board members and individuals that served in appointed positions
in the past. I look forward to working with the current group that hold these positions
and know they will meet the challenges and also do an outstanding job. Unified--we are
going to Rock.
My major objectives are as follows:
• To promote the preservation of Civil War sites and artifacts.
• To educate the public and archeology communities of the positive attributes garnered
from the NVRHA relic hunters.
• To continue to sponsor an outstanding annual Civil War Show whereby all facets of the
Civil War can be promoted for trade, purchase, and displayed for educational purposes.
• To motivate the NVRHA membership to engage in activities that will contribute to the
success of the above objectives.
• To provide the entire NVRHA membership an atmosphere of belonging and attempt to reduce
or eliminate the foregone perception, real or not, of a “clique” organization.
